As an extension to our sales, SBS has a strong desire to ensure that our equipment and customers are properly cared for in the years following the initial sale. We recognize that without a support system in place after the purchase, equipment, blasting equipment in particular, will quickly fall into disarray and become more of a burden than an asset.

Our goal will always be to serve our customers the best we can. We will always take your phone calls, always answer your emails, and always walk side by side with you as long as you have our equipment. We believe a partnership such as this enables our customers to achieve the fastest return on investment and the longest period of profitability. All the while, this enables SBS the ability to understand the demands put on our equipment and improve our designs for future revisions.

Phone & Email Troubleshooting Support

SBS is dedicated to always answering your phone calls and emails as promptly as possible. Troubleshooting is rarely a simple task but SBS will do all that we can to assist you with any needs you may be facing.

Replacement Parts

SBS has a wide reaching network of suppliers that we work with to provide our customers with a speedy turnaround for replacement blast parts. Call or email our office for additional information.

Equipment Upgrades

Operating older machinery runs the risk of needing parts that are no longer available. This can stop your entire operation. If your equipment is more than 10 years old, equipment upgrades are recommended to keep your equipment running with current technologies. Call or email our office for additional information.

Preventative Maintenance

SBS offers annual and bi-annual preventative maintenance trips to assist your maintenance team with keeping your equipment running at it's best and reduce the chance of down time. Call or email our office for additional information.

Installations, Startups, & Equipment Moves
